ProPartnering | Alliance Executive Coaching
These are tough times to be a Partnering Executive. The business needs results now, but those who've never managed a partnership just don't understand the challenges. Oh, and you have to do more with less, of course. Does senior management understand the value of partnering, do they have realistic expectations, are they partner hostile? How do you measure results, prove your value, deliver the highest ROI? Others have their mentors, but you're the company expert on partnering - who can advise you, who has the experience? And with all the pressure of today's economy and all the travel this job entails, how do you keep your life in balance and give your family what they deserve?

What you need is a knowledgeable confidant who doesn't have an agenda other than your success. You need someone to share plans with and get advice from, but who isn't impacted by your decisions. You need someone with the kind of outside perspective that gets lost when you're in the middle of the politics of day-to-day business life. You have enough referees in life - family, friends, and business associates who blow the whistle every time you miss a commitment to them. You need a coach who advises, encourages, and challenges you to meet your commitments to yourself.

Results: As a result of Alliance Executive Coaching you experience a greater sense of focus and confidence in your direction. You maintain the balance you know you need between delivering immediate results and achieving longer-term goals like growing in personal skills and effectiveness. Your decision making becomes better and more sure, because you have someone to bounce ideas off and get insight into how others have addressed similar challenges. Quite simply, you become visibly more effective in your job and in your life.

Process: The coaching process entails one hour each week with Gerry Dehkes. You discuss your goals for business, and the other parts of your life. Gerry will challenge you to answer questions you may never have asked yourself. You'll discuss current challenges; your ideas for dealing with them; Gerry may suggest some alternatives. Most importantly, you'll commit - to yourself - to take specific actions you know are important, but never get done. One week later, you'll be talking again and discussing the progress you've made (or not) in completing those key actions.

Difference: A coach helps us do what we don't want to do, in order to achieve what we want to achieve. The most talented of us still rely on some confidant. Alliance Executive Coaching is different from your friends and colleagues because Gerry is both skilled at coaching and truly objective. Alliance Executive Coaching is different from any other executive coaching because of Gerry's unique record of partner management experience and success - no other executive coach can provide the level of partner management advice you'll get from Gerry.
