Joy Wodziak joined ProPartnering in 2010, and brings over 20 years of experience, from both the client and client-services side of the business. She has a firm belief that partnering success starts with a keen understanding of the targeted customer. Joy believes, although our 3-D partnering concept balances the product, market and people elements of partnering, success rides on understanding the needs of your market and how your partnership meets those needs better than the competition. Without this, you end up wasting precious time and scarce money, and being part of a failed partnership.
Before joining ProPartnering, Joy Wodziak worked in the communications industry in a variety of roles in strategy, business planning, marketing and product management. Most recently,she was responsible for developing the global offer strategy at Avaya Global Services (revenues of approximately $2B), and forged service related partnerships for the mobility strategy. Prior to that, Joy partnered with ProPartnering founder, David Erlenborn, at Lucent Technologies in a variety of channel strategy initiatives.
Early experience at an international, business-to-business consulting firm developed Joy’s core understanding of how to select, work with and efficiently grow market share through a broad array of channels and partnership types. As a Managing Consultant, Joy was responsible for business development and client account management in Europe and North America, and for solving her client’s strategic and tactical problems, on-time and on-budget.
