Professional Partnering Services, LLC (ProPartnering) is a professional services firm specializing in drastically increasing our clients’ revenues by extending and complementing their partnering resources — becoming their partnering partner.  We utilize a unique, proprietary model (3-Dimensional Partnering), with a corresponding process and set of tools, that addresses the most common underlying reason for partnership under-performance — an imbalance among the three dimensions of any partnership: solutions, markets, and people.  Our clients utilize these services as integrated steps within their own partnering effort — to fill temporary resource gaps, to optimize the efforts of their people, and to gain access to specialized skills required on a part-time basis.  Our services are designed as small, discrete, and affordable services that can be utilized individually or in a broader package.  They can be used once to address a one-off need, periodically as specific needs arise, or on a regular basis as a managed service.
